A lot of the work I’m best at starts with a simple question: what are we actually trying to solve here?
I’m comfortable going from that question all the way down to architecture, code, infrastructure, and production. I’ve worked with backend, web, mobile, data, analytics, automation, and AI/ML, so I don’t really see them as separate worlds - different parts of the same product.
I work a lot with production AI: agents, vector search, embeddings, model evaluation, GPU inference, and large-scale data systems. I’ve also built complete products from scratch, including my own apps.

A focused 60-minute working session for AI products, prototypes, and production systems. Bring an idea, prototype, technical problem, or existing system and we’ll go through it together. An hour gives us enough time to look at the problem properly. We can talk about what should be built, architecture, AI/ML choices, data, automation, reliability, cost, scaling, or how to move something from prototype to production.
Bring one specific product or technical question. In 30 minutes we can look at the current approach, talk through the main risks or alternatives, and figure out what makes sense to do next. It’s a short session, so it works best for a second opinion, one decision, or a quick review of a specific problem rather than a full architecture or product review.
Ask me one focused question about an AI idea, product, architecture, prototype, production system, data, automation, or a technical decision. I’ll review the context and send you a personalized response with what I think, what I’d be careful about, and what I would look at next. If the question really needs a back-and-forth discussion or touches several connected problems, a live session will probably make more sense.
