I'm an Erickson-certified coach and entrepreneur. I work at the intersection of mindset, strategy, and systems-because in my experience, you can't sustainably build one without the other two.

I work with coaches, online educators, and health and wellness professionals who are ready to build something that lasts - a business that feels aligned, runs smoothly, and grows without sacrificing your peace of mind or personal life. 

When I work with someone, I'm not just coaching the business owner. I'm coaching the whole person.  

Most of my clients come to me with a strategy problem. We usually find it's also a clarity problem. Sometimes it's about confidence. Often all three. And that's what we work on together.
