I work with people seeking healing, recovery, and personal growth through a blend of energy work, nervous system regulation, and brain retraining. In one-on-one sessions, I combine conversation with energy assessment to create plans tailored to where you are right now. 

My focus areas include **subtle energy adjustment** to bring clarity and stability, **neuroplasticity coaching** to help shift ingrained patterns, **nervous system work** to build emotional resilience, and **creative activity** for sustainability. I also lead workshops on self-compassion and creative intelligence. I work remotely and in person.

I was born with an affinity for maths, science, and words and an ability to engage with the invisible elements of life. My lived experience includes surviving the U.S. healthcare system, overcoming anxiety, chronic pain, depression, and PTSD, and managing ADHD using the methods I share.
