I'm an educational leader focused on success, equity, and inclusion for all institutional stakeholders. I work with education professionals to build a culture where everyone - faculty, classified professionals, administrators, and students - have the opportunity to thrive and be successful.
I have worked in one-on-one settings and with small and large groups, including working with local and statewide mentorship programs, leading and presenting at webinars and in-person seminars, facilitating workshops and panel presentations, and collaborating with taskforces, workgroups, and committees as member, chair, and executive council.
In addition to working within higher education for the past decade, my educational background includes a Masters in History and a Doctorate in Education, focusing on Higher Ed. I have also gained skills in business, finance and budgets, marketing, and AI usage across multiple fields and disciplines.
