I’m Lee Bladon, a spiritual mentor and holistic therapist. My 1:1 work blends somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), depth psychology and nondual presence to heal old emotional wounds and patterns and reveal who you are beneath them.

You may have spent years exploring psychology, reading books or having therapy, and understand your patterns well, yet some things still don’t shift. That’s where deeper inner work begins. We go beyond thinking and feel into what’s underneath, gently and at your own pace. It’s not a quick fix, but the change is real.

I’ve spent 17 years studying Focusing, Hakomi, IFS, Psychosynthesis, the Diamond Approach and the InCorr Method, alongside my own inner work. I’m the author of The Science of Spirituality and Awakening to Wholeness.
