I’m a leadership coach and strategy-operations advisor who works primarily with frontline and emerging healthcare leaders: Nurse Managers, RNs, PAs, NPs and healthcare administrators, as well as  business professionals and managers. 
I help you cut through self-doubt and uncertainty so you can make faster decisions and lead with confidence, using practical, field-tested guidance rather than abstract theory. 
My work focuses on the real human and operational disconnects that trip up leaders: shift-team misalignment, execution roadblocks, and turning “good on paper” plans into consistent performance, even under pressure.
