I’m a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in OCD, and a writer, speaker, and consultant at the intersection of Christianity and mental health. 

I’m especially passionate about helping people understand the often-complicated relationship between faith, anxiety, and OCD - including scrupulosity and the ways OCD can become tangled up with deeply held beliefs and practices. I believe that OCD can (and should!) be treated without pathologizing a client’s genuine faith.

Alongside my clinical work, I write and speak about OCD, faith, and evidence-based mental health care. I also offer consultation and education for clinicians, churches, organizations, groups, and families supporting someone with OCD. 

My goal is to make complex clinical ideas accessible without oversimplifying them, and to approach conversations about both mental health and faith with curiosity and compassion.
