30 year reign! I'm a spa owner, massage therapist, and aesthetician who's spent 30 years helping women look and feel their best—and that led me to something bigger. I now work with B2B, coach and mentor women entrepreneurs, educators, leaders, coaches and service providers, who want to scale their business while staying healthy, building confidence, and creating real wealth in the process.

Most entrepreneurs think they have to choose: hustle hard or take care of yourself. That's not how it works. I combine business strategy with wellness practices because I've seen firsthand how a woman's confidence, energy, and clarity directly impact her revenue.
