Most companies treat AI adoption like a software rollout. It's not. It's a people problem. I host communities of practice around specific tools (ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Synthesia) because that's where real adoption happens—when teams see their peers solving actual work problems, not in a training slide deck. I've also built GTM strategies in early-stage companies and worked in strategy consulting, so I've seen how breakthrough technologies actually move through organizations when they're designed to fit the way humans actually work.
