Coming from a background in instructional design, content writing, and deep immersion in esports culture, I help teams build sustainable cultures where players develop both mechanically and mentally. I've learned what separates thriving rosters from burned-out ones—and it rarely comes down to raw talent alone.
Most orgs focus only on the game when they should focus on the people, and specifically, the coaches. I approach coaching culture as a learnable skill: mapping how information flows, how decisions get made, how teams communicate under pressure, and how individual players actually grow. Throughout all that, you as a coach will facilitate, letting players dominate. That's where real esport performance lives—and it's where most esports programs fail to invest.

Session may be repeated for more instructions and other links for coaching improvements up to a total of four sessions (4 hours total). Having successfully completed 4 hours will culminate in a printable certificate from Diorcus Designs indicating the coach is certified in esports communications and tactical prowess.
