I’m an author, coach, and reinvention mentor who works with accomplished professionals navigating questions of identity, purpose and what comes next. I bring experience as a clinical nutritionist and yoga therapist alongside my training as an ICF-certified coach.

My perspective is also shaped by 20+ years in education and senior leadership and more than eight years volunteering in emergency response, giving me a first-hand understanding of responsibility, high-stress roles and the demands of sustained performance.

Together, these experiences inform how I understand the intersection of identity, physiology and professional life during times of change.
