I work with professional women to advance their careers through research-backed negotiation and leadership development.  My work has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Forbes.  My #1 Ted.com talk about negotiating has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.

I studied how to negotiate specifically as a woman during business school at Kellogg, tested those strategies while at McKinsey, and have spent the past decade helping women get the raises and roles they deserve, and setting up the negotiation so that you can be massively successful after - we don't burn bridges, we built them.
