## About

I’m a qualified life coach and trained mediator with a background in psychology, and I’m very good at cutting through noise.

I work with people who are stuck on a decision, a piece of work or what to do next. Sometimes you need another brain in the room to pull apart what’s actually going on, find the useful bit and work out what you’re doing about it.

And sometimes you already know exactly what needs doing, you just need another human there while you get it done.

I’m also the founder of One Clear Path, where I work with organisations and their people through confidential employee conversations and workforce insight.
