I’ve owned and operated five franchise locations, led a business as CEO, and held franchisee association leadership roles. I understand both franchisee and franchisor perspectives and know how to bridge different priorities, communicate across audiences, and bring people together to solve problems. My experience includes building infrastructure for growth, improving processes and controls, and evaluating technology solutions.
