With over 25+ years of Pilates practice and over a decade teaching active men and women 45+, I know how to teach movement with greater strength and confidence through strong technique . My body has lived just like yours - I have had two prolapsed discs and emergency spinal surgery - I know how difficult it can be to trust your body or know where to begin, particularly when generic exercise advice does not take your medical or injury history into account. I created Core Strength Pilates for real midlife bodies, not dancers or people striving for perfection, but people who want to keep cycling, travelling, gardening, playing sport and enjoying life. My approach is precise, supportive and practical. I help you work smarter, not simply harder (but we work hard!), by understanding your body, building strong foundations and adapting Pilates to suit you. Through live teaching, on-demand programmes and personal guidance, I take the guesswork out of starting or returning to Pilates.

In this relaxed 30-minute session, we can either create a clear Pilates roadmap for your goals or review a few exercises and improve your technique. You’ll leave with practical guidance on your next Pilates steps or greater confidence in your Pilates technique.
