I'm an author, creative clarity coach, keynote speaker, holistic voice coach, jazz diva, and game designer with ADHD. 

My story is that I went from a shy, bullied wallflower to an award-winning jazz diva, with many enriching experiences and challenges along the way.

Today, I draw on varied artist experience, executive director background, psychology, and mind-body wellness training to  help anxious, depressed creative neurodivergent women to rediscover their joy and clarity, and take empowered action.
