## About

I'm an executive coach and psychotherapist who works with LGBTQ+ founders, leaders, and senior managers. My background in therapy means I bring psychological depth to leadership coaching—helping you address the systemic pressures and patterns that often create what I call "cognitive drain" in your work.

I offer bespoke one-to-one coaching tailored to your needs, system diagnostics to untangle recurring challenges, and structured programs to strengthen your leadership effectiveness. I'm an EMCC Senior Practitioner, UKCP and BACP accredited, and I specialize in helping LGBTQ+ professionals navigate leadership with authenticity and clarity.

- Coaching & Consulting

## Sessions I offer

- [Free Consultation](https://www.everyexpert.com/justinclark/book/free-consultation) — 30 min, Free
Every engagement begins with a free, no-obligation Strategy Session: a chance to look at what you are working with and whether we are a good fit.
- [System Diagnostic](https://www.everyexpert.com/justinclark/book/system-diagnostic) — 1h 30m, $500.00
A clear read on what's actually running underneath the pattern. It's the same conflict resurfacing with the same person, the inability to switch off even when the calendar clears, or the weight nobody assigned you and nobody else can see. You don't need another productivity course. You need someone who can name the mechanism and tell you what to do about it.
- [Coaching](https://www.everyexpert.com/justinclark/book/coaching) — 1h 30m, $400.00
No fixed programme, a bespoke service underpinned by three key aspects: 1 - Psychological depth and self-mastery 2 - Navigating systemic dynamics 3 - Sustainable high performance Work with me for: -> Radical psychological safety -> Finding the root cause -> Creative challenge -> Sustained Outcomes
