I’m a tax professional, independent researcher, and Founder of Structural Accountability, helping individuals and businesses navigate tax, compliance, and operational challenges.
My experience spans tax preparation, advisory, IRS and state matters, business structure, public accounting, and organizational leadership. My approach emphasizes identifying underlying issues and providing practical, fact-based guidance.
My research includes work published in the National Association of Enrolled Agents’ EA Journal. My leadership and career reinvention journey has also been featured in The Real Edits and Executive Diary Magazine.
I serve on the SNHU Alumni Association Board of Directors.
Drawing on my experience in leadership, team development, and a nontraditional transition into accounting, I also provide structured career strategy and professional development advisory.

This session is intended for prospective clients and general initial consultations. Detailed tax research, return preparation, document review, and written analysis are outside the scope of this complimentary session.
A structured career advisory engagement beginning with a 60-minute strategy session. Includes assessment of career goals, transferable skills, professional positioning, and transition barriers. Follow-up work may include résumé and LinkedIn review, target-role strategy, networking and interview guidance, and written action priorities. The initial session begins the engagement; additional deliverables are completed separately. Full payment is required before services begin.
