I'm a mentor to men and founder of The Refinery of Men. I work with the man who wants to align his values with his behavior and commit to what he needs and wants to do beyond the expectations of everyone else. 

Through workshops, structured programs, and one-on-one coaching, I help men build character in the areas that matter most—family, leadership, and personal mastery. I work with the man ready to take ownership of his own decisions, even when that voice is telling him not to.
