I help product founders build brand systems that attract customers before they spend a dollar
I've spent years helping founders realize their brand is usually their biggest untapped asset. I work with early-stage product teams and bootstrapped businesses to build brand systems—not just logos, but the strategic foundation that makes customers notice you before your pricing ever comes into play.
Most founders think they have a design problem. The real issue is almost always direction. I start with clarity: what are you actually known for, and why does it matter? From there, I build identity systems, websites, and visual strategies that feel inevitable, not generic. The brands I work with don't compete on features—they win because their positioning is crystal clear.
This is a working session, and you drive it. Bring your website or Instagram, and bring your questions. We'll go through your brand together: what's working, what's confusing, and what I'd change first. You can take notes, ask anything, and steer us toward whatever matters most to you. You'll also get a transcript and summary after the call, so you can revisit it anytime. The more you bring, the more you get out of it.
Most small businesses know they should be posting. Most don't know what to post. In this session, we build a simple plan around your business: what to shoot, how to shoot it on your phone, and what to post across the month. You leave with a shot list you can use that same week. Great for restaurants, shops, makers, and service businesses.
Send me your bag, label, box, or die-line before the session, and we'll go through it together. I'll look at how it reads on the shelf, how it holds up in someone's hand, and whether the file is ready for the printer. If you're still in the concept stage, we can talk through direction before you spend money on a print run. I've built packaging and production files for food, beverage, and retail brands, and I've worked directly with manufacturers to solve problems close to a ship date.
