John Al Khateeb

I am a management consultant, university lecturer, trainer and assessor working at the intersection of complex project management, AI implementation and enterprise transformation. I advise and coaches executives and senior leaders navigating complex delivery, organisational transformation and emerging technologies, while also helping organisations build practical AI capability from the ground up through workflow redesign, applied coaching and day-to-day adoption.

I hold many multiple global certifications along with two master's and an ongoing PhD. I am also a member of leading professional organisations, including the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Project Management Institute (PMI), and the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM), with broader involvement across complex project governance, management and systems thinking.
