I'm a trauma-certified life and weight loss coach who specializes in helping mid-life women end emotional eating and improve metabolic health, so that they can lose weight and keep it off with ease.

My work focuses on the mind-body connection—using a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques, somatic tools, supplements, and peptides—to shift unhelpful thinking patterns around food and body image, break free of emotional eating habits, and restore healthy hormonal and metabolic function.

I've developed my approach around understanding the deeper drivers of emotional eating, particularly how relationship trauma affects our both our relationship with food and body, as well as our internal physiology. Your metabolism isn't broken, it's traumatized.

Through my coaching, workshops, and the Hungry for Love podcast, I help clients move from a state of survival to a life of true self-trust, food freedom, and lasting peace with their bodies.
