I’m Dr. Jerrod Pickering: educator, IT audit veteran (CISA), former school superintendent, and author of The People Problem and The People Solution. I’ve helped certify about 2,400 practitioners across six continents, and I design programs around how people actually learn, not how compliance calendars work.
I’m also a PECB Certified ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer, so I help teams turn AI governance from a policy binder into everyday practice, with training that makes responsible AI use second nature.
