## About

I help drone companies and drone users build the teams they need to grow.

With 20 years in strategic workforce management and technical recruiting, I’ve placed engineers, data scientists, and business analysts at tech companies, and I know how emerging sectors scale: the right people, in the right roles, at the right time. Now I’m applying that to commercial drones. I recently spoke at UAV Expo on the panel Building the UAS Workforce: What Companies Need, What Schools Are Missing, and What Comes Next.

Whether you’re:

- a manufacturer hiring engineers, sales, and support staff,

- an operator staffing pilots and flight operations, or

- a business that wants drone-captured data and needs the analysts and data scientists to turn it into insight,

I know which skills matter and how to find the people who have them.

Let’s talk about what your team needs next.
