## About

I help founders, executives, and innovation leaders make better decisions when the path is uncertain.

For the past decade, I’ve worked as an early-stage investor and board member across startups and emerging technology companies. I’ve advised leaders on strategy, organizational structure, hiring, roles and responsibilities, financing, governance, metrics, culture, and founder resilience.

Earlier in my career, I worked in investment banking at Lazard and served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, giving me a rare blend of Wall Street analytical rigor and leadership experience under pressure.
