I help leaders design the strategy, culture, and systems that unlock innovation.
I help founders, executives, and innovation leaders make better decisions when the path is uncertain.
For the past decade, I’ve worked as an early-stage investor and board member across startups and emerging technology companies. I’ve advised leaders on strategy, organizational structure, hiring, roles and responsibilities, financing, governance, metrics, culture, and founder resilience.
Earlier in my career, I worked in investment banking at Lazard and served as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer, giving me a rare blend of Wall Street analytical rigor and leadership experience under pressure.
I’m most useful when a leader is facing complexity: a strategic crossroads, a stuck organization, a high-stakes board or investor conversation, an unclear team structure, or an innovation effort that is not translating into momentum.
For leaders facing an ambiguous, high-stakes decision: what to build, what to prioritize, whether to pivot, how to sequence bets, or how to turn a complex opportunity into a clear plan.
For founders or executives who need help defining roles, responsibilities, reporting lines, decision rights, or the next key hire.
For leaders who want their organization to innovate more effectively, but need help with the actual system: goals, metrics, meetings, incentives, feedback loops, experimentation, and learning cycles.
