I help you find that problem, pin down what people need to do differently on the job to solve it, and plan training solutions to bridge that gap. 

I currently lead learning and development at a regional home furnishings retailer, supporting about 2,200 employees. My work ranges from manager-led sales training to company-wide software certifications, and everything in between.
