I help executives, managers and emerging leaders navigate complexity, make difficult decisions, strengthen their teams and lead without burning themselves—or their people—out.

My work is especially suited to leaders serving Indigenous communities, public-sector organizations and other purpose-driven environments where relationships, accountability and results all matter.

I bring more than 25 years of experience across Indigenous organizations, healthcare transformation, community infrastructure, organizational change and project leadership. I currently serve as a Director of Community Infrastructure and hold an active International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed and grounded in compassion, cultural humility and practical experience. I create a respectful but challenging space where you can think clearly, identify what is getting in the way and leave with meaningful next steps.
