I’m Dr James Wallace, a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, medical leader, educator and author. I help clinicians think clearly, lead effectively and make better decisions when the stakes are high.
My work focuses on clinical decision-making under pressure, leadership, patient safety, change and medical education. I created the RADIAL Clinical Thinking framework and am developing THINK • LEAD • COMMAND to turn complex professional challenges into clearer decisions and practical action.
