I built a US brand's Canadian business from nothing to $30M in 24 months and took EBITDA from 9 percent to 14 percent. I took a $310M North American platform from 1 percent EBITDA to 6 percent. I scaled an international business from $1M to $95M across 115 markets. Most recently I raised capital for a clinical nutrition company and expanded gross margin from 52 percent to 59 percent while opening 16,000 doors.
The pattern is always the same. Growth is rarely the hard part. Growing without quietly destroying the P&L is the hard part. That is the problem I get hired for.
