I'm an author, keynote speaker, and executive coach who's spent nearly 30 years working with organizations—from Genentech, Cisco and BART,  to  Sephora and Microsoft, and pro sports teams like the Golden State Warriors and Atlanta Braves—helping leaders see what's running beneath the surface of their decisions and outcomes. I've written thirteen books and was a two-time finalist in the World Championship of Public Speaking.
