I've spent 20+ years doing one thing, in different seats: growing brands and businesses in the moments that matter. A launch, a milestone, an IPO, a turning point. 

I've run my own practice since 2019, doing the deep, specialist work that aligns organizations to single story. Agencies like Ogilvy trust me with their biggest clients and pitches. Previously, I spent three years at Canada Goose where I built and led the global brand and product marketing functions, helping to take the business from $500M to $1B through a period of rapid global expansion into new categories and markets. My work changed the face of the brand and put purpose at the heart of the business.
