## About

I have worked with businesses and individuals since 2005, helping them overcome obstacles, become more focussed, achieve results and realise their full potential – this has been achieved through both coaching (a word that I intensely dislike) and consultancy and I have guided them to make decisions and implement procedures that have had a drastic impact on their performance and bottom line.

This work has also included helping both individuals and organisations to build profitable and low-risk investment property portfolios that have proven to consistently provide steady returns.

Whilst my main area of expertise is the residential property industry (sales, lettings and investment, both in UK and Spain), I have worked with numerous others over the years and I'm more than happy to continue to do so.

I also specialise in working with neurodiverse individuals – being that way myself, it is likely that I understand how your head is wired up better than most others do.
