I've seen firsthand that many capable, technically strong leaders struggle with the real-time demands of the role—how to communicate under pressure, navigate conflict, build trust, and show up with presence when it matters most.
I help through one-on-one coaching, team workshops, and emotional intelligence training. My focus is on the skills leaders need in the moments that actually test their effectiveness: difficult conversations, managing across differences, and building alignment with their teams. I also mentor coaches working in this space.
