I’m the founder of Callin, a global online support service offering non-clinical mental health support, career coaching and student academic accountability.
Through private one-to-one conversations, we support people navigating loneliness, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, career decisions, university pressure and other parts of life that can feel difficult to manage alone.
Drawing on my experience in operations leadership and working on helplines, I saw first-hand how unsupported emotional challenges can affect wellbeing, confidence, motivation, relationships and performance.
Callin was created to give people somewhere human, accessible and consistent to turn to, with support that considers the wider context of their lives.
For organisations, we help support the people behind the work, because when people feel heard, supported and better equipped to navigate what they are carrying, they are better able to show up in the other areas of their lives.

This free, private 30-minute session gives you space to discuss loneliness, stress, burnout, relationship struggles or other heavy feelings with a non-clinical active listener. No judgement, pressure or unsolicited advice. Just human support to help you feel heard, lighter and clearer. For adults aged 18+. Callin is not therapy, medical care or a crisis service.
Callin’s monthly membership gives you ongoing, confidential online emotional support with the same trained listener, so you can build trust without repeating your story. Talk through stress, loneliness, burnout, relationship difficulties or anything weighing on you, without judgement, diagnosis or pressure. Optional weekly check-ins between sessions via emails. Affordable, personalised support that fits around your life.
