I help founders and leaders see more possibilities so they can approach their workdays with greater ease.
With over 20 years as an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach, I've worked with leaders across tech, finance, and consulting who feel stuck in their workdays. I hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and ICF coaching certification, and I teach at Purdue University. I've coached hundreds of professionals—from startup founders to Fortune 100 executives—to become better at who they are and what they do.
I work on emotional balance, delegation, confidence, relationship building, and communication. I've published in Harvard Business Review and speak on leadership and career strategy. The core of my work is helping professionals move from operating with a shrinking sense of options to seeing new paths forward in how they lead, decide, and show up at work.
