## About

I'm Ignacio Mendoza Martinez, the Business Shaman and Founder/CEO of CGS Global LLC.

I see what others often miss in people, businesses, and how things work together.

I bring decades of real-world experience, from military organization and operations in the U.S. Navy to high-pressure restaurant management, leadership, sales, business development, and remote business operations.

I combine that experience with human development, behavioral observation, foundational business processes, and expertise in full AI integration and implementation.

My expertise is understanding how people, operations, technology, and business development connect—and bringing them together so everything works in flow.

I find what's working, what's missing, what's holding you back, and what needs to change.

I help you see new possibilities, solve real problems, and turn ideas into working operations.

Ask any question and experience what is possible today, I can't wait to help you
