I am a senior procurement and commercial professional with 30+ years' experience, including CPO-level roles, working across the public, private and third sectors.
Through Beneffrey Consulting, I provide independent expertise and constructive challenge on complex, high-value and high-risk procurement. My work includes procurement strategy, tender design, evaluation and moderation, procurement assurance, governance, commercial and contract management, transformation, training and coaching.
I am a Chartered Fellow of CIPS (FCIPS) and CILT (FCILT), and a Fellow of CMI (FCMI). I have designed and delivered 400+ training courses and am the author of the Soft Skills Portfolio series.
