I’m an IT consultant with over three decades of professional experience across policing, banking and healthcare, specialising in complex systems, digital transformation, integration and niche technical innovation. In healthcare, I’ve worked extensively with EPR/EMR and clinical systems across both mental health and renal services, including system implementation, interoperability, data flows, device connectivity, information governance and service transformation. I’m comfortable stepping into difficult environments, understanding where technology, process or delivery is failing, and turning that into a practical plan. I also work with automation, AI, data and emerging technologies, particularly where organisations need independent technical advice rather than a standard off-the-shelf answer.
