Hans Lankhaar

Hans Lankhaar is a mechanical engineer, standardization specialist, and CAD automation specialist with 30+ years of experience. As founder of Smart InnoVentions in Phoenix, Arizona, he helps manufacturers turn ideas into profitable, production-ready machines and installations. Hans believes smart engineering upfront saves time and money in manufacturing, assembly, installation, and maintenance. He builds part and assembly libraries, templates, and automation to cut engineering time significantly. His experience spans machine building, internal transport systems, extrusion equipment, industrial firefighting systems and more. At Siemens Netherlands, he developed an emergency power system for traffic installations and redesigned a robotic parking garage concept. He can work with AutoCAD, AutoDESK Inventor, and other 3D Software like SolidWorks, automating with iLogic, AutoLISP, and VBA. Hans holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Hogeschool ArnHem Nijmegen , the Netherlands.
