I started my career on the shop floor – manufacturing facilities, logistics operations, industrial environments where systems either work or they fail. That hands-on background is what shapes every recommendation I make at Setpoint Advisors.
I work with industrial, construction, and supply chain businesses to build operational systems that stick: process documentation, compliance programs, workflow design, and structures that hold up under real conditions. I hold a CAWI certification and am actively pursuing my CWI, which means I know exactly what I'm looking at when working on welding procedures, inspection documentation, and technical compliance programs.
