Greg Evans

I'm CEO of Seeds Training, where I work with educators, parents, and organizations to build practical life and leadership skills in young people. Over 30 years, I've developed training systems that help students develop the capabilities they need—from relationships and communication to critical thinking—while also supporting teachers and parents in making those outcomes happen.

My focus is on youth development, educator training, and corporate social responsibility programs. I've created frameworks like the HIT Training System for classrooms, 21st century skills programs for students aged 9-18, and professional development for teachers. I also work with parents who want to strengthen their impact at home, and with companies looking to invest in meaningful community learning.
