I am a founder, operator, and strategic advisor with three decades of experience across food and beverage, hospitality, consumer products, retail, and events. My work has taken me from Montreal to the Caribbean, North Africa, and the Middle East.

My experience covers restaurant and café concepts, menu and recipe development, central production kitchens, franchise systems, supplier sourcing, physical product development, e-commerce, wholesale, partnerships, and international distribution.

I help founders and existing businesses connect strategy with practical execution. I also apply AI to research, planning, websites, digital tools, software development, and automation, including improving workflows in existing operations. My own work includes a functioning personal app and connected operator platform, active in private use and a small pilot group.
