# Gary Whitsett — I help small business owners avoid wasting money on AI before their data is ready

## About

I work with small and mid-sized businesses on **AI and automation readiness** before they invest in tools or vendors. With 25+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, and systems implementation, I've seen companies rush implementation, automate broken processes, and miss critical compliance and data gaps.

I help you assess where you actually stand: data readiness, workflow efficiency, compliance risk, and what should be implemented first. I also provide fractional vCAIO services and cybersecurity leadership for SMBs who need C-level guidance without the full-time cost.

In 30 minutes, we'll cut through the noise and assess where your business actually stands on AI readiness. You'll leave with a clear answer — ready, not ready, or what's blocking you — and a honest next step. No fluff, no sales pitch. Just clarity.
