I set AI up with you, not for you.

They need someone to sit with them for an hour and build the thing.

That's what I do.

Over the last year I've worked with over 500 business owners inside the largest AI accelerator, most non-technical, none with time to spare.

  An hour where we set the thing up together, live, on your own machine. Pick one job you do every week (client follow-ups, proposals, meeting notes, research, reporting) and we'll have a working version of it running before the hour is out. Bring your laptop and whatever logins that job needs. You drive, I guide. No tech skills needed, and nothing left as homework to make it work afterwards.

  A document that shows you where your week is actually going, and the 4 or 5 things that would give the most of it back. First you fill in one form, about 15 minutes: what you sell, how delivery works, roughly where your hours go. I run that through the AI system I use to run my own business, and send you the audit before we speak. It opens with one number, the hours a week you're spending on work that doesn't need you. Then we spend this 30 minutes going through it together.

  A short conversation to work out whether I can help.
