## About

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering psychotherapy in New York City for high-achieving Black women navigating the particular pressures of corporate work. I work with clients on what's really driving their exhaustion—the invisible expectations, the performance requirements, the mental load—so you can build a life that actually feels sustainable.

I lead community workshops on wellness and self-care strategies, and I collaborate with organizations to bring culturally responsive mental health support to people who understand what you're going through. My practice is built on tailored therapy that meets you where you are, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
