I'm Erika Bogan — a Mindshift Coach, entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, speaker, and adaptive adventurer. I help people change the way they see what they're going through.

Sometimes what keeps us stuck isn't only what happened. It's the story our mind builds around it — what we think it means, what should have happened, or what we're afraid comes next.

Bring me the thing you can't stop thinking about, the decision you're struggling with, or the change you didn't ask for. I won't tell you how to live your life. I'll help you question the thinking that's making it harder to live it.

My own life has included becoming a wheelchair user, rebuilding more than once, summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, moving across the world, and building businesses and nonprofits in the U.S. and Tanzania.

I don't believe every hard thing happens for a reason. I do believe we get to decide what we make of it.

Sometimes one conversation can change what you see — and what you do next.

What Now?

When life doesn't go according to plan, it can be hard to see what comes next. We'll explore what changed, what you're holding onto, what's actually within your control, and what possibilities you may not be able to see yet. You don't have to figure out the rest of your life today. Let's find the next honest step.

The Mindshift Session

Bring me the thing you can't stop thinking about. We'll slow it down, separate what actually happened from the story your mind has built around it, and uncover a different perspective. You'll leave with greater clarity and a practical Mindshift for moving forward.

Accessible Tanzania: Ask Erika

Considering Tanzania with a disability? Let's talk honestly about what's possible, what's challenging, and what to expect. As a wheelchair user living and traveling in Tanzania, I'll help you think through safaris, Kilimanjaro, Zanzibar, accessibility, support needs and realistic expectations. Tanzania isn't the U.S., and accessibility may look very different here. A successful trip often requires flexibility, creative solutions and an openness to doing things differently.
