I pioneered Saddleback Church's Talk-In-Church discipleship method for Bible Study Communities. I have served culturally diverse churches ranging from small congregations to mega churches, naturally stepping into lead pastor roles.
As a bridge builder, I am ordained in Transformation Ministries (Aspire) and the Southern Baptist Association. My wife, daughters, and I live in Orange County, California.
