I work with high-functioning women caught in the exhausting cycle of proving their worth through achievement. Through my soul liberation coaching, I help them drop the performance and reconnect with what actually matters—their bodies, their truth, and the softness that comes with real power.

Most women think the problem is that they're doing too much. What I've learned is the real problem is they've abandoned themselves to do it. I work differently than traditional coaching because we're not optimizing your hustle—we're bringing you back home. We rebuild safety in your nervous system, make space for the feelings you had to suppress, and remember that you were never broken in the first place.
