I've been working with Windows systems since 1986, starting with Microsoft DOS and moving through every version since. I specialize in ISO installations and getting machines back to working order when they're struggling. Over the last three years, I've also gotten deep into Linux and now support both operating systems for people who need reliable repairs.

My focus is on Windows and Linux troubleshooting—whether it's installation issues, system recovery, or getting hardware and software talking to each other properly. I work with people whose computers have stopped cooperating and help them get back to productivity.
